Device drivers are programs or software, which controls a computer device, attached with computer device. A device drivers enabling operating system and other computer system to use hardware functions in that particular device without knowing about the hardware being use. A driver communicate with the hardware through subsystems. Drivers acting as translator between hardware device and operating system or computer programs. With modern hardware systems drivers operates in many different ways. Drivers interface with printers, video adapters, and sound cards and digital cameras. Drivers in modern Microsoft platforms run in mode or kernel mode (x86 Us). Driver running in mode have a useful feature is improved stability. If the appropriate driver not installed in operating system, the operating system may not work properly. In Microsoft window an error regarding driver conflict can be seen in the device manager. If problem encountered by a driver  hardware developers release an update to fix the hardware problem.
